We had the best morning out on the water, Alex and Bec were fantastic hosts and so knowledgeable, I even shucked my very first oyster! I’ve never put waders on and experienced a real oyster farm from the water, it was an unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing time on the recent oyster boat tour with Fleurty's Oyster Tours! Alex and Bec were fantastic hosts, making the whole experience both fun and educational. The highlight was definitely getting into the water with the provided waders, harvesting oysters straight from the source. The oysters were hands down the best I've ever tasted—so fresh and full of flavor! I also got the chance to learn how to shuck them, which was a great skill to pick up. The scenery was breathtaking, and we saw plenty of wildlife along the way. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Hobart, I highly recommend this tour as a must-do experience. You won't be disappointed!

Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, Fleurty's Oyster Tour was still an absolute blast! The team adapted wonderfully, moving the tour to a sheltered bay and shortening it without losing any of the charm. Putting on the waders and getting into the water to harvest oysters was so much fun, and the fresh oysters paired with local wine were a real treat. A great experience no matter the conditions!

It was the perfect way to experience the beautiful waters of Tasmania. I got to put waders on and get amongst a working oyster farm, shuck my very first oyster and eat some of the best oysters I’ve ever had! Alex and Bec were such welcoming and knowledgeable hosts, I recommend to everyone!

If you’re looking for a unique and fun adventure, this oyster tour is a must! We loved the whole experience. Getting in the water wearing waders to grab our own oyster was a first for us and it was so much fun! We also really enjoyed the hands-on experience of learning to shuck an oyster (which was surprisingly fun), and eating the freshest oyster we’ve ever had was the perfect way to finish. Highly recommend this tour for a mix of adventure and indulgence! Thank you Alex and Bec for such a great experience!
